Good morning. Greetings from S N E Haircare Enterprise. Yesterday I had issues with the printout of the A3 documents as it had a line on the document. At about 1130hrs.a Staff came and had it rectified. When i wanted to print a A3 document it ended up a A4 size image on a A3 size paper. The Staff than contacted your office for assistance on the matter and left the office. At about 1400hrs Staff Gerald contacted me and i related the issues that was having. It took quite sometime to solve the issue During the converastion with Gerald i noticed that he was trying his best to solve the issue. He was patient & friendly. He also advised me to change the format in the printing of the documents i had to Adobe Acrobat which was practical. He also change the settings in the printer format. As it turned out everything came back to normal. What i noticed over this matter is that Gerald went the extra mile in his work. He was sincere and willing to give his level best on the matter.
